Qualifications 1001 Industrial Way Crothersville, IN 47229 Due to continued Business Growth & AI/DX Transformation, Aisin Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking motivated, qualified professionals with strong interpersonal & technical skills (Automation, Robotics, CNC Machines), to join our team in a fast-paced & highly automated facility. 2nd shift - Maintenance Technician SIGN-ON BONUS - $2,000 Salary Range: $28.00 - $40.00 /hr (+$2.50 /hr Shift Differential) Work-Shift: 3 Shift Rotation Positions Available Work Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. M-F à available weekly overtime, as well as weekend rotation plan ensuring a strong work/life balance. Essential Functions: * Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment. * Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning industrial production and facility equipment. * Perform upgrades to equipment that supports improvements to safety, quality, and on-time delivery. * All tools and test equipment necessary to perform daily tasks are provided. Job Requirements: * Experience troubleshooting Industrial Automation / Robotics / PLC & CNC Control Systems. * Prior experience in AC/DC Electrical Control/Power Systems, as well as Pneumatics & Hydraulic Systems. * Experience in AC/DC electrical control and power systems. * Must be able to review & implement electrical and mechanical schematics / blueprints. * Perform all tasks in accordance with NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards. * Basic computer skills. (Email, Excel, Word, CMMS software.) High school diploma or equivalent is required. Vocational training certificate, college technical degree or equivalent experience is highly desired / preferred.
