Description Our Maintenance Technicians perform the day-to-day upkeep and repairs of our properties, including unit turns, service repairs, pool care, and preventative maintenance. They are an integral part of the team dedicated to ensuring the communities meets the quality maintenance standards set by Trinity Management. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a background in construction, painting, and/or skilled labor, possessing knowledge of the apartment industry or a willingness to learn about it. Requirements Possesses excellent attitude, customer service, communication, and follow-up skills Service Requests Completes assigned Service Requests in 48 hours Organizes and completes work orders based on priority. (Emergency vs. non-emergency) Completes work orders efficiently and ensures parts and equipment required for service requests are available and in hand prior to arriving at the resident’s home. Plumbing Heating and Cooling Systems Pool Care and Maintenance Painting Small appliance repair Apartment Turns Ensures “Turns” are completed on or before the day before the scheduled move-in date. Delivers “Turns” that meet or exceed the standards per the Company Policies and Procedures. General Property Maintenance Inspects, maintains, and repairs all company vehicles, power equipment, and hand tools. Responds to all emergency calls within fifteen minutes when working on-call. Maintains the property’s curb appeal and general cleanliness of the property and common area Minimum of 2 years of construction and/or skilled labor experience in residential apartments Stable and consistent work history with excellent references Must be available for on-call after-hours emergencies High school diploma or GED Must be able to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties Duties not listed within the position description may be required of the employee at the discretion of the department management.
