POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical systems and a strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency. This is a Monday to Friday dayshift position

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in machinery maintenance, repair, or a similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience:

• Industrial maintenance: 2 years (preferred)

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on production equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and fixtures.
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, and compressors.
• Operate a forklift and perform minor forklift maintenance as needed.
• Ensure equipment safety by verifying proper adjustments, installations, and adherence to operating procedures.
• Complete equipment changeovers and production line setups.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure finished products meet company standards for quality and efficiency.
• Support general plant operations as required.
