In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the operations of our managed communities. We are looking for candidates with a solid technical background, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. - Maintain and monitor building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. - Address facility-related concerns promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. - Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including tasks performed, parts used, and equipment condition. - Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize maintenance needs and provide timely resolutions. - Adhere to safety guidelines and identify potential hazards to maintain a secure workplace. - Provide feedback on maintenance schedules and suggest improvements. - Ensure compliance with Florida Department of Health Pool & Spa regulations. Requirements Qualifications: - Must be CPO Certified. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. - Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification is highly desirable. Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or a relevant degree is a plus. - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a relevant setting. Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. - Capable of climbing ladders, bending, and working in confined spaces. - Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
