Summary: Maintenance of the property in attractive, safe and quality condition, providing customer service and assisting the Property Manager and Lead Maintenance Tech in the operation of the property.
Reports to: Property Manager, Maintenance Manager
Work Hours: 40 Hours per week and “on call” emergencies. Other overtime when requested and prior, written approval received. Seven days per week, 24 hours per day availability on an “on call” basis is critical.
