Perform routine repairs and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plastering. Replace lighting and perform maintenance in high areas safely. Respond to unscheduled maintenance needs and emergencies. Service and replace heating and cooling systems in compliance with guidelines. Replenish maintenance supplies and follow preventive maintenance routines. Identify and report malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment promptly. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols during all tasks. Participate in ongoing training and educational sessions. Qualifications What You’ll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical). Follow preventative maintenance schedules and safety procedures. Service heating and cooling systems per manufacturer guidelines. Replace light bulbs and maintain lighting systems. Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions. Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store tools and supplies. Assist with unscheduled maintenance tasks as needed.
