Description When something breaks, do you love to get in there & figure out a fix? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Hotel Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role will focus day to day on the "GCPM" portion of Maintenance which is "General Cleaning (Deep Cleaning) & Preventative Maintenance program throughout the hotel. Of course, other duties as assigned including the potential to drive the hotel's shuttle. Maintenance Person Responsibilities Include: Perform and maintain work to local, state, and Federal codes Perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner in a way that minimizes guest disruption Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with hotel equipment and systems Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning parts and equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Maintain indoor pool to be in compliance with health codes Snow Removal Keep parking lot and outdoor areas free of litter Communicate effectively with hotel management and staff For serious consideration, please attach your resume.
