This role involves conducting routine maintenance, repairs, including light plumbing and electrical work. In addition to general building repairs, you will also assist with office maintenance tasks, such as mounting TVs, changing light bulbs, relocating furniture, and other related activities. Summary of Essential Job Duties: Perform mold changes Build and repair cook pots Clean and rebuild shot cylinders Performs basic preventative maintenance on production presses Rebuild mixers and mixer motors Repair or replace broken fixtures, equipment, and appliances Replace parts on presses as needed Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements Requirements Skills/Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors. Knowledge of mechanical repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Prolonged periods standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into spaces. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must know how to read a tape measurer - 8th/16th Knowledgeable of a micrometer Knowledgeable with a volt meter Required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Related experience required.
