We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I (Generalist) to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance tasks across multiple trades to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment Inspect facilities regularly to identify and resolve issues before they escalate Maintain common areas, resident units, and outdoor spaces in excellent condition Assist with unit turnovers, including minor repairs, cleaning, and preparation for new residents Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community policies Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required 1 - 3 years of general maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills, especially when interacting with senior residents Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing, etc.) Valid driver’s license required Comprehensive Benefit Package includes: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Time Off + Six Paid Holidays 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan w/ Employer Contribution Employer Paid - Basic Life & AD&D Insurance Employer Paid - Short-term and Long-term Insurance College Tuition Reimbursement Employer Paid - Certification Training Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Legal Resources & Identity Protection Plan *Benefit offerings vary according to employment status.
