Description Tower Extrusions, LLC is a privately owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 40 years. There has been a tremendous amount of growth over that time and we are looking to add to our team!. We currently looking for Maintenance Techs for Night Shift (day shift has limited openings), at our Sherman, TX location. This candidate must be able to work on heavy industrial machinery. Experience with motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, single phase and three phase electricity, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. This experience is a plus but not required. This is a hands-on position that requires you to be out in the plant working on industrial machinery. Requirements • Exposure/Interest in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical • Interest in developing skills in industrial maintenance, industrial technology, mechanical drawing, math, computer programming, electronics or another related field • Critical thinking and problem solving ability • Should possess strong manual dexterity We are a non-climate controlled facility, must be open to working weekends. Responsibilities

Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on heavy industrial machinery within an aluminum extrusion plant. This includes working with motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, and conveyor systems following technical diagrams.
