Description Maintenance Technician Old Toccoa Farm Resort | Mineral Bluff, GA Old Toccoa Farm Resort is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to help maintain our resort facilities, grounds, infrastructure, and commercial kitchen equipment. Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Perform general building and facility maintenance Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues Maintain commercial kitchen equipment Complete preventative maintenance tasks Perform seasonal winterization and de-winterization Operate equipment including tractors and skid steers Assist with light construction, painting, drywall, and carpentry projects Coordinate with outside vendors when needed Maintain maintenance records and work orders Support property improvement projects across the resort Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred Experience with commercial kitchen equipment strongly preferred Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and operate equipment Old Toccoa Farm Resort provides the tools and equipment necessary to perform the job.
