Preventive maintenance will be part of your routine, as well as communicating with residents and team members to keep everything running smoothly. On‑call rotation and occasional weekend work are part of the role. WHAT YOU BRING We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in property management. You should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, the ability to follow manuals and safety guidelines, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred, along with strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused personality. Weekend and on‑call availability are required.
