Description Stratton Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders. Responsibilities: Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
