MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

As the Technical Administrator, you will play a central role in our maintenance delivery team, providing essential administrative and technical support to the maintenance and project team.
You will build strong relationships, resolve queries, and ensure the seamless delivery of our contracts. This is a dynamic, customer-focused role where your efforts will directly impact the success of our services.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating access requirements to ensure statutory compliance is maintained, managing and updating the CAFM system to guarantee data accuracy, and progressing tasks from initiation to closure. You will be a key point of contact offering exceptional support while preparing detailed reports and supporting audit and assurance activities.
In this role, you will collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure timely service delivery, oversee financial transactions, and assist with billable works by creating quotes and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also support the Maintenanace Co-ordination team when required and identify and escalate remedial actions to relevant stakeholders.
Delivering excellent customer service will be central to your role, alongside promoting efficiency, compliance, and quality throughout all operations.
Your contributions will ensure our service is delivered successfully, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.
This is a site-based role, Monday to Friday working at our Head Office, there maybe occasions where a visit to other managed properties maybe required.
Strong background in either facilities management or repairs and maintenance administration, an additional advantage if you have some level of technical knowledge and experience.
Experience with CAFM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
You should excel in stakeholder engagement, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate strong organisational skills to handle reporting, financial management, and compliance information effectively.
This role would also benefit someone from a facilities management scheduling or customer service background.
This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A full driving license is also necessary to meet the demands of the role.

Salary £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
