What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Technician You’re skilled, dependable, and care about doing the job right. You bring: · 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus). · A high school diploma or GED. · Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally. · Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed. · Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!). · Strong communication and customer-service skills · Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, a plus that helps connect with our residents!
