Schedule: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6:30pm Pay: $21.12/hr plus $0.75 shift differential Location: `Santa Teresa NM MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for maintaining machinery to ensure safety and productivity. This position is accountable for product safety, quality, and legality. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Set up and maintain machinery in the co-pack area. * Maintain machinery in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program. * Ensure the work area complies with current safety standards. * Understand and assist in the Equipment Validation Process. * Use eMaint for troubleshooting, capturing repairs, and documenting maintenance tasks. * Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager and Co-Pack Supervisors. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 0–2 years of experience performing mechanical maintenance duties in a manufacturing or packaging environment, or equivalent vocational education and experience. * Exceptional problem-solving and maintenance skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service driven. * Strong team player.
