Description

The Maintenance Technician performs preventative, corrective and general maintenance duties at the Adams County complexes. HOURS OF WORK: The regular hours of work are Monday through Friday 7 am until 3:30 pm, 7:30 am until 4 pm, or 8 am until 4:30 pm with a ½ hour unpaid lunch break. *see on call policy for hours required per the policy Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Proficient in the English language * Demonstrated past work or vocational experience in the trades as listed in the essential job functions * Experience in commercial maintenance strongly preferred. * Previous experience with BAS and/or CMMS strongly preferred.
