Niles Steel Tank (A Bradford White Company) Pay: $26.55/hr (1st Shift) & (3rd Shift + $2.75) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This role performs emergency repairs, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery. A strong electrical troubleshooting background is essential, along with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Key Responsibilities * Perform emergency repairs and routine maintenance to reduce equipment downtime. * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on industrial machinery (AC/DC systems, sensors, motors, wiring). * Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery to ensure proper operation. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. * Dismantle, replace, repair, and reassemble equipment parts. * Operate industrial tools and equipment including hoists, cranes, forklifts, scissor lifts, saws, and machine tools. * Complete scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks with accurate documentation. * Communicate repair needs, part orders, and equipment status to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Follow OSHA safety standards and all company policies consistently. Minimum Qualifications Must have: * Strong electrical troubleshooting experience (AC/DC systems, machine wiring, sensors) * Documented knowledge of: * Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems * Welding Processes (MIG/TIG/Stick) * Machine Tool Operation * Industrial Equipment Troubleshooting Techniques Preferred: * 8+ years of maintenance and electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
