Description Maintenance Technician (Intermediate Level) We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our rental properties to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks, work independently on day-to-day issues, and play a key role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and looking their best. Hourly rate ranging from $24.00 - $28.00 You receive 80 hours of PTO in your first year of employment and then it increases to 120 hours of PTO after your one year anniversary. We match up to 3% if you enroll in our Retirement Plan. We observe 8 Paid Holidays throughout the year. Insurance options to Full Time Employees after 90 days of employment. What You’ll Do Inspect properties and perform repairs to ensure safety and functionality Maintain and repair basic electrical systems (lighting, outlets, breaker panels) Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and heating components Complete interior and exterior painting projects Repair and maintain doors, locks, and related hardware Perform general repairs (windows, fixtures, carpentry, etc.) Assist with pest control treatments as needed Support property upkeep, including light landscaping and general maintenance Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Participate in ongoing training and skill development What You Bring Working knowledge of general maintenance practices (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and challenges Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Own hand and power tools What to Expect A hands-on role with a variety of daily tasks and challenges Opportunity to work independently while being supported by a team A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement The chance to make a direct impact on property quality and resident satisfaction Requirements Company Core Values We work hard.
