We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our equipment and facility systems. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where your expertise makes a real impact every day. 🌟 What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include: * Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, forklifts, pallet trucks, and related machinery * Supporting facility systems, including water tanks, chillers, compressors, oil temperature controllers, filters, and electrical systems in compliance with national codes * Performing fabrication and welding work (machinery components, gates, guards, etc.) * Operating shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively * Assisting with general facility upkeep, such as replacing bulbs/ballasts, moving furniture, cleaning equipment, and maintaining exterior areas * Tracking daily activities, parts usage, and maintenance records in our ERP system * Partnering with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability * Supporting and following our Quality Management System (QMS) standards 🛠️ What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute their technical skills.
