Description
Maintain, install and troubleshoot process equipment systems comprised of pumps, agitator, heat exchangers, tanks, reactors, piping systems, valves, and other mechanical systems. Ensures operation of process equipment by completing preventive and predictive maintenance requirements, follows diagrams, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications, troubleshooting malfunctions. Monitor, repair, maintain and document all field mechanical equipment including plant safety systems and plant power systems. Removes defective parts by dismantling; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts. Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Ensure all work orders are completed and closed out properly in the CMMS (centralize and streamline maintenance operations) system. Experience working in a GMP (general manufacturing process) environment Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, technical procedures, Ability to read and understand governmental regulations and company policy and procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, co-workers, customers, and the general workforce. Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to work 12PM EST - 8 PM EST, Monday - Friday and weekend work when needed.
