In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. This position plays a key part in minimizing downtime and supporting a safe, productive work environment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues quickly. Respond to maintenance requests to minimize production interruptions. Install, adjust, and test new machines or equipment as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage. Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures and schedules. Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the plant. Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Technical or trade school certification preferred. 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation. Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment. What You Bring Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
