We are looking for someone that is goal oriented, has experience with Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and/or General Facilities maintenance. You must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment around loud machinery and have a flexible schedule, as this role requires you to be on a call rotation schedule. Responsibilities: Utilize hand tools, powered hand tools, and welding equipment. Work in various ambient environments, sometimes at elevated positions. Promote a safe working environment and adhere to 5S principles. Participate in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS). Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facilities. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technical support personnel. Requirements 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong background in electrical, electronic, and CNC maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with assembly machine components (Sensors, PLC, etc.). Proficient in high and low voltage electrical concepts. Knowledge of plant maintenance is a plus Able to diagnose and repair equipment/machines. Self-motivated, team player with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
