And we take care of the people who take care of us. THE ROLE You'll be the go-to on 2nd Shift when something needs attention. Diagnosing problems, turning wrenches, keeping the line running — that's your night. You'll work alongside production and report to maintenance leadership to make sure equipment is performing the way it should. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures on production equipment Perform preventive maintenance to keep downtime to a minimum Diagnose issues quickly and get the line back up and running Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes Support installation and startup of new or modified equipment Keep your work area and tools clean, organized, and safe WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We'll consider candidates at all experience levels — from those just starting out to seasoned technicians who've seen it all. What matters is mechanical aptitude, a problem-solving mindset, and the drive to keep getting better.
