JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Technician supports facility operations by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple buildings. This role ensures equipment, systems, and structures remain in optimal condition to meet client needs and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled
  • Maintenance to include changing lights bulbs, light plumbing, etc.
  • Complete work assignments in a timely manner
  • Trash pickup outside of building and parking lot
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on property, if assigned
  • Use and maintain equipment properly
  • Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely
  • Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
  • Ability to work without normal supervision
  • Reports safety hazards as appropriate
  • Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be willing to work assigned hours

Compensation:
