MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 3RD SHIFT Bring your skills to a team that keeps production running. From troubleshooting equipment to performing preventive maintenance, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who ensures our machines, systems, and building stay in top shape. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, welding, and fabrication). * Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment. * Install, test, and troubleshoot new equipment to ensure smooth operation. * Partner with production teams and leadership to quickly address issues and keep efficiency high. * Record maintenance activities, hours, and service details with accuracy. * Read and interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders. * Step in for emergency breakdown repairs and keep operations running. * Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and help drive a culture of safety and reliability. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a related field is a plus). * Experience: 1–2 years of maintenance work in a manufacturing or industrial setting. * Skills & Attributes: * Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability. * Able to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Solid problem-solving and time management skills. * Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality. * Team player who can also work independently.
