MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 3RD SHIFT Location: Henderson, Kentucky (Comac Facility) Type: Full-time | Hourly Join our team and keep our machines — and production — running strong! We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment operating safely and efficiently on 3rd shift. In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve production machinery, helping ensure we deliver quality parts to our customers every day. What You’ll Do Keep production equipment in top working order through preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements. Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Complete all preventive maintenance (PM) tasks per department specifications. Communicate effectively with your team and leaders about issues, priorities, and solutions. Accurately record maintenance activities and parts used in MP2. Conduct torque and leak verification tests as required. Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE at all times. Support a culture of reliability, teamwork, and respect across all departments. Perform other duties as assigned to support operations. What You Bring Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Experience: At least six months of related maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred). Certifications: Electrical training, Lockout/Tagout, Fork Truck, Aerial Lift, Arc Flash, and PLC experience preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to working assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
