Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with a passion for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining advanced manufacturing systems? PDM’s Manufacturing facility operates 24/7, and we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure that our production lines remain efficient, safe, and reliable. This hands-on position requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in a technical, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Forklift certification preferred; OSHA 30 certification is required within 3 months of hire.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of manufacturing systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repair, and rebuilds to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
  • Optimize machine performance through troubleshooting and advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance machinery performance, increase product yield, and ensure high-quality output.
  • Participate in machinery startups, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance while adhering to safety standards.
  • Use your technical knowledge to provide feedback and suggest improvements for ongoing operations.
  • Ensure exemplary housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
