    Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Third Shift Maintenance Technician   The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Third Shift Maintenance Technician who brings decisiveness, strong decision-making, and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll troubleshooting and repairing while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. At Toyota Material Handling, we value innovative and creative ideas. If you enjoy tackling challenges while having the opportunity to go above and beyond, you will feel right at home.   What You’ll Be Doing: * Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving system components, including: * Working knowledge of complex electrical controls and circuit analysis. Able to use multi-meter to troubleshoot. * Understanding of safety controls including light curtains and safety scanners. Able to connect and troubleshoot PLC/devices and repair/replace as needed * Working knowledge of complex industrial automation systems and equipment, including CNC Machining Center (Mazak and Okuma controls preferred) * Operate manual equipment for repair (Lathe, Mill, vertical and horizontal saw) * Advanced PLC logic understanding (XFER, MOVE and arithmetic data) * Advanced mechanical skills to repair equipment * Working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic controls (understands schematic and symbols) * Working knowledge of robotic applications with PLC integration (Motoman robotics experience preferred) * Repairing and maintaining MIG welding equipment * Use of knowledge and understanding of basic welding fundamentals, including: * Shielding gas types and ratios * Circuit continuity confirmation * Calibration of voltage, wire feed rate, and gas flow * Understanding of weld fume health impact * Work unscheduled overtime to complete assigned jobs to ensure meeting of production goals * Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner * Additional duties as assigned   What We’re Looking For: * High School Diploma or GED requires * 6 years of previous maintenance experience preferred   What Sets You Apart: * Strong communication skills * Continual learning * Interpersonal skills/respect for people * Team player – Willingness to share knowledge * Resourcefulness/initiative * Customer-focused   Where and When You’ll Work: * This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, Indiana office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.   What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:   Hourly Wage - $31 - $44 per hour + OT (when needed). Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
