Description Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of plant equipment and processes through effective repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and supporting overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and process equipment across the facility. Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize production disruptions. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
