In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations in our facility. Perform routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Repair or replace faulty equipment parts and components Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance tasks Assist in the implementation of new equipment and systems Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and best practices Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical systems) preferred 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using hand and power tools Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and techniques Basic computer skills for using maintenance management systems Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in industrial settings Understanding of industrial equipment and machinery Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency calls when needed Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Additional Information Courtside Apartments - 211 units $22 - $27 hourly Tuesday-Saturday The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
