Dental & Vision Insurance – Keep your smile (and your sight) bright and healthy Life Insurance – Peace of mind for you and your loved ones — fully paid by us 401(k) Participation – Plan for your future while enjoying the present Paid Vacation – Because everyone deserves a break Paid Holidays – Celebrate the moments that matter most On-Resort Perks: Free Access to Resort Amenities – Enjoy the Fitness Center, Pools, Golf Course & more Exclusive Employee Discounts – Save on stays, services, and retail Timeshare exchange opportunities – Available after one year of employment Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, building systems, and facilities to ensure operational readiness Complete repairs, install replacement parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records in accordance with policies and procedures Maintain the overall appearance and accessibility of the property by removing litter, snow, and debris; performing light landscaping; and completing painting projects Respond to special requests, including hauling materials, moving furniture, setting up furnishings, preparing rooms for occupancy, and completing general repairs Repair interior building defects within guest rooms and common areas Maintain lighting systems by replacing bulbs and ballasts and repairing electrical fixtures and wiring Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems for liquid conveyance and waste Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations Stay current with job knowledge through training opportunities and technical resources Contribute positively to the maintenance department by taking initiative, adapting to new requests, and seeking opportunities to add value Requirements 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Knowledge of equipment operation and general maintenance practices Strong safety awareness and compliance Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs Effective time management and organizational skills Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and thoroughness Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Clear communication skills and the ability to effectively inform and coordinate with others How to Apply If you are dependable, motivated, and take pride in maintaining high-quality facilities, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Summit Resort team.
