Description

1. ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และบ ารุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้า/ประปา/ปรับอากาศ และอุปกรณ์ภายในสาขาตามแผนงานประจ าสัปดาห์ 2. จัดท ารายงาน และบันทึกการตรวจสอบ หรือบ ารุงรักษาระบบ และอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 3. จัดหา และประสานงานกับผู ้รับเหมาในการซ่อมแซมบ ารุงรักษาระบบ และอุปกรณ์ภายในสาขาให้เสร็จเรียบร้อยตามก าหนด 4. จัดท าแผนงานการบ ารุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในสาขาประจ าปี 5. ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นเกี่ยวกับแผนงานซ่อมบ ารุง และก าหนดการแล้วเสร็จของงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6. เดินทางเข้าดูงานในแต่ละสาขาตามแผนงานประจ าสัปดาห์ที่ก าหนด 7. อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู ้บังคับบัญชา

Responsibilities

Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems across branches according to weekly and annual plans. This includes coordinating with contractors and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
