JOB DESCRIPTION: 主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities: 1. 按照制定的预防性维护保养计划，执行相关维护保养活动。 Execute required maintenance activities as per preventive maintenance plan from SOPs. 2. 根据生产计划安排，支持组装车间设备、TP车间设备或质量控制部门设备的日常运行，及时处理设备调试或修理请求，保证生产使用。根据故障紧急程度，及时到现场进行处理，或提供随时的电话支持。 According to daily production plan, support routine operation for Assembly equipment\TP equipment\QC equipment, to deal with any adjustment/test/repair request in time to guarantee production’s use. Quick response on troubleshooting and provide online call depend on emergency level. 3. 做好所负责的自动化设备运行效率分析，每周及每月定期报告设备OEE及改善进度，总结经验。 Execute operational efficiency analysis of owned automatic machines, weekly and monthly report OEE and improvement progress, lesson and learn summary. 4. 每年定期对设备操作员进行培训，收集生产线日常使用中的问题或需求。根据实际使用情况，更新设备操作和清洁维护规程，记录良好的设备操作经验并与分享。 Regular training for machine operators each year, collect questions and requirements from routine operation. Update machine SOPs as per actual operation improvement, record good practice and experiences and share with operators. 5. 在线检查各类设备的运行状态，在电气和机械机构方面提出合理化建议，并完成图纸设计和设备选型进行内部改进。 Online inspection status of various machines, and raise up reasonable suggestions on electric and mechanical aspects, design drawings and select suitable models for internal improvement. 6. 参与自制设备的加工制造，完成基本的电气布线或零件加工。 Participate in manufacturing for self-made machines, and complete basic machine wiring and parts fabrication. 7. 组织或参与新设备的安装、调试及培训工作。 Organize or participate in new machine installation, debugging and operation training. 8. 满足生产线不断更新的需要，及时掌握新型设备的操作和维护要求，生成相关操作和维护规程。 Master new operation and maintenance requirements for new machines in time and generate related operation and maintenance procedures to meet the production lines updating requirements. 9. 完成上级安排的其他任务。 Undertake other tasks that assigned by superior. 任职条件Qualifications: 1. 机械制造及自动化或相关专业，大专以上毕业。 Graduates of general technical school, vocational school . 2. 3年以上自动化生产线维护和修理经验。 3 years or above of experience in maintenance and repair for automatic production lines. 3. 具有自动化设备预防性维护和点检技能。 Experiences and skills in preventive maintenance and point inspection for automatic machines. 4. 具有零件加工、修理能力。 Skills in parts fabrication and repair. 5. 持有电工岗位操作证。 Electrician certification. 6. 良好的自动化专业英语阅读能力，可读懂英语设备手册和图纸。 Good skills in professional English reading for automation industry, understand English user manuals and drawings for automatic machines. 7. 熟练使用办公自动化软件，掌握基本的计算机硬件维修技能。 Good skills in Microsoft Office, basic repair skills in computer hardware.
