The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within our facility. This role is crucial for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
· Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
· Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, including lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts as necessary.
· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
· Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
· Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
· Perform emergency repairs as needed to minimize downtime
· Work with management to develop maintenance budgets and track expenses.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and systems
· Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
