Job Description A career that lets your passion shine: As Maintenance Technician at Sofitel Adelaide, you will deliver warm, luxury service while ensuring the hotel’s facilities are well maintained. Assisting the Maintenance Manager, responsibilities include daily plant rounds, equipment repairs, and timely responses to service requests. With a focus on quality and efficiency, the role requires strong mechanical skills, effective task prioritisation, and seamless collaboration with staff, all while embodying Sofitel’s values of excellence, openness, and a passion for service.
