Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Maintenance Technician with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We have openings at our Philadelphia, PA location. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am -4pm Pay Rate: $18.00/hour The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Performing routine and emergency repairs to equipment, machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring. Conducting regular inspections of buildings to ensure safety standards are met. Performing general maintenance to keep products in working condition. Scheduling major repairs with building occupants. Addressing customer concerns and emotions in a timely and effective manner. Assist management with any request for residents in the building. Disassembling equipment to remove damaged components and reassembling it after repairs. Requirements Requirements: Diploma/GED required Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills. Physically capable of lifting 23 kg unassisted Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, lawn mowers and small hand tools. Able to work well with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy. Other Requirements MUST have reliable transportation. Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position. Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays. Must be available to work on-call or when needed due to staffing shortages Must pass comprehensive background check.
