Job Description Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair AC faults in guest rooms and public areas. Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies. Maintain maintenance logs and reports. Qualifications Education: At least a technical high school or vocational diploma. Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience required by the job.
