Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations. Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on best maintenance practices. Perform routine maintenance on systems to increase their efficiency. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Collaborate with other technicians or contractors as needed. Keep inventory of supplies and tools, and order new ones as necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC systems preferred. Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role. Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, codes, and standards. Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in a variety of environments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and dexterity. Valid driver’s license (if required for field service).
