Multiple Shifts Available

  • 2nd / 3p to 11p ($.25 shift premium)
  • 3rd / 11p to 7a ($.50 shift premium)
  • PM weekend 7p to 7a Fri, Sat, Sun (work 36hrs and get paid for 40hrs!)

Responsibilities

  • Repair, conduct PM’s, fabricate, conduct line change overs, trouble shoot, and assembly of any part of the process on the line
  • Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on all production and plant equipment
  • Execute line and equipment changeovers to ensure seamless workflow and production transitions
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of equipment issues during production
  • Foster teamwork and knowledge-sharing through brainstorming and experience-based solutions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or packaging operations
  • Strong hands-on ability, applying electrical and mechanical principles to troubleshooting and equipment management

Salary: $25.00/hr. + .50 for 3rd shift and a potential merit increase in 60 days based on attendance and performance.
