This role supports building operations through preventive maintenance, work order completion, and general repairs while representing Forefront in a professional manner within the client facility.   Position Type and Expected Hours of Work * This is an hourly, part time position. Expected hours may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, on-call, and emergency response as needed. Pay Rate * $15-$17/hr Essential Functions and Duties * Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks * Perform routine repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems * Assist with inspections, safety checks, and fire/life safety compliance activities * Support equipment moves, minor installations, and facility improvements * Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks * Follow all safety protocols and Forefront standards * Interact professionally with client staff and report issues to the Lead or Manager * Participate in on-call rotation as required * Perform other duties as assigned   Travel * N/A   General Responsibility as Required for Position * Responsible for acting in conformance with all facility and departmental policies and procedures including those relating to Human Resources, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Health and Safety regulations, Compliance requirements, Patient Rights, Confidentiality, and HIPAA. Qualifications Education/Experience/Training * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance or facilities experience preferred. * Working knowledge of general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems. * Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, drawings, and safety instructions. * Basic computer skills for work order and maintenance tracking systems. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively * Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. * Ability to recognize work requiring licensed or specialized trades and escalate appropriately. License and Certification * A valid driver’s license is required. * At a minimum, applicant must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 (General Industry) safety certification within the first six (6) months of employment. * Trade-related certifications preferred but not required
