Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of residential and commercial facilities in the Nashville area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance needs, and responding to service requests while maintaining professional standards and compliance.
