Job Description Elevare Branding is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our facilities in Boston. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems, equipment, and general infrastructure remain in optimal working condition. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, functional, and professional environment for our team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment Diagnose and repair minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Conduct general facility repairs including fixtures, doors, lighting, and basic carpentry Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot reported issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Assist with coordinating external vendors and service providers when necessary Additional Information Competitive salary ($34,000 – $37,000 per year) Growth opportunities within the organization Skill development and hands-on training Stable, full-time employment Supportive and professional work environment
