Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and functionality of our facilities and equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues Ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities Support facility improvements and upgrades as needed Comply with safety regulations and company standards Qualifications Strong technical and mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Good communication and problem-solving skills Additional Information Competitive salary ($46,000 – $50,000 per year) Growth opportunities within the company Skill development and hands-on technical experience Stable, full-time position Supportive and professional work environment
