EGA Spectro Alloys is a high-volume aluminum recycling operation in Rosemount, MN. Our operation runs on conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy production systems. When maintenance runs strong, production runs strong. We are seeking steady team mate to support plant reliability across mechanical systems and production equipment. Starting at $28 - $30 per hour depending on experience. Schedule: 3/2/2/3 Schedule (On for 3, off for 2, on for 2, off for 3) Days: 4:45am to 5:00pm Nights: 4:45pm to 5:00am What You’ll Do You will help keep plant equipment operating safely and efficiently in a heavy industrial foundry environment. Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, and production systems Troubleshoot mechanical systems with support from the team Inspect and test equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation Perform preventative maintenance and routine safety checks Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems Use hand tools and shop equipment to complete repairs Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to minimize downtime Maintain a clean and safe work area This role works in heat, noise, and around heavy machinery. Who We’re Looking For You are mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
