Key responsibilities include: Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, and production systems Troubleshoot mechanical systems with support from experienced team members Perform preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems Use hand tools, shop equipment, and diagnostic tools to complete repairs Inspect and test equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Production teams to reduce downtime Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For We’re looking for reliable problem-solvers who take ownership of their work and want to grow their technical skills in a real industrial setting. Qualifications At least 1 year of mechanical experience or related background Basic experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or electrical troubleshooting Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments) Strong attendance, reliability, and time management Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs Must be at least 18 years old Industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience Background in recycling, foundry, aggregate, mining, or similar environments Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs Why Join EGA Spectro Alloys?
