We need an experienced Maintenance Technician for a 138 unit apartment community in Wilmington, NC. CPO and CFC Certification a plus, but not required. Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, turning vacants, picking up grounds, taking care of amenities, and general maintenance preferred.
The right candidate will possess the technical skills required to assist with quality turns, handle resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, as well as the customer service skills to communicate well with leasing team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day.
