Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Weaver Farm Apartments - Florence, KY Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation Pay Rate: Up to $26/hr plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and comfortable apartment community. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems within an apartment community. Complete resident work orders, manage apartment turnovers, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
