Position: Maintenance Technician Location: The Landing Apartments, Dayton, OH Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation Competitive Pay: $24-27 hourly (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential Hiring Bonus: $500 If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day. 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds HVAC experience required Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our apartment communities safe, welcoming, and in top condition.
