Hiring:  Maintenance Technician    Pay: From $15.00 per hour Job description: The Maintenance Technician will conduct and assist with property maintenance and repair. The position will also assist with the agency’s vehicles for preventative maintenance and repair, maintenance supply ordering, maintenance supply storage and be available on call for emergency facility maintenance repairs as needed. Experience and Education: Preferred Education and Experience: 2 years or more of experience conducting building maintenance including wall repair, roofing repair, plumbing repair, electrical repair, and vehicle maintenance. Minimum Education and Experience: 1 years or more of experience conducting building maintenance including wall, floor and roofing repair, plumbing repair, electrical repair, and vehicle maintenance. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of principles and practices of property maintenance and of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Maintenance knowledge should include: knowledge of wall, floor and roofing maintenance and repair plumbing maintenance and repair electrical maintenance and repair irrigation maintenance and repair vehicle maintenance and repair carpentry Required:  Must possess a valid driver’s license and approval to drive under Attain, Inc. auto insurance and ability to pass a drug screening and a level 2 background screening.
